1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Blend all ingredients. Serve chilled.
 

Parmesan Tomato Ranch

¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup ranch dressing
¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, diced
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Blend all ingredients. Serve chilled.
 

Creamy Avocado and Tomato Dip

2 cups avocados, mashed
¼ cup sour cream
¾ cup mayonnaise
½ cup tomatoes, canned, finely diced
¼ cup diced, canned green chilis, mild
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon oregano, crushed
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Mix all ingredients together well and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

2 cups plain yogurt
1½ cups sour cream
2 large cucumbers, peeled and shredded
3 tablespoons mint, fresh, finely chopped
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lime juice
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

¾ cup pineapple, crushed
¼ cup habanero relish

½ cup bacon bits
¾ cup blue cheese dressing
¼ cup blue cheese crumbles
¼ cup sautéed onion, chopped

Cranberry Dip

1½ cups cream cheese, softened
1¼ cups yogurt, plain
¾ cup brown sugar
1½ cups cranberries, soft and dry, finely chopped
2 teaspoons lemon zest
2 teaspoons orange zest
2 teaspoons mint, fresh, finely chopped
Mix all ingredients together well, making sure that all of the brown sugar is dissolved.
 

Tangy Cream Dip

3 cups sour cream
1 cup creamy Italian salad dressing
½ cup chives, chopped
½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons red pepper, fine diced
Mix all ingredients together well.

Curry Dip

1 quart mayonnaise
2 tablespoons curry powder
2 teaspoons lime juice
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon celery salt
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Mix all ingredients together well and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
 

Creamy Herb Dip

2½ cups mayonnaise
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
½ cup parsley, chopped
½ cup chives, chopped
2 tablespoons white vinegar
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Mix all ingredients together well.

Creamy Sweet Onion Dip

2 tablespoons butter
8 oz. vidalia onions, finely chopped
2¾ cups sour cream
1 cup green chilis, canned, chopped
1 tablespoon jalapeno, finely diced
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons chives, chopped
Melt butter and sauté onions. Combine remaining ingredients with the onion and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
 

Savory Balsamic Dip

1 cup balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing
2½ cups sour cream
½ cup parsley, fresh, finely chopped
½ cup chives, fresh, finely chopped
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons anchovy paste
1 teaspoon garlic, finely minced
Mix all ingredients together well.
